Our 8-Step Stone, Tile and Grout Cleaning Process
Restores the Natural Beauty of Your Floors
Ceramic tiles and stone have gained popularity in home interior design, and like carpet, they too eventually need professional attention to maintain their just-installed appearance. If your floor has started to look dingy and dull, where the grout lines never seem to come clean, don't break out the scrub brush, give CCS FloorCare Essentials a call.
Here's Our 8-Step Tile & Grout Restoration Cleaning Process
Step 1: We pre-inspect the floors to determine the type of stone, tile and grout. We look for cracks in the flooring as well as residue left by wax or old sealers.
Step 2: Our technicians will sweep and vacuum to remove all the loose soil from the floor.
Step 3: We will move the furniture, although large piece such as entertainment centers will
remain in place unless empty.
Step 4: We pre-condition the floor with IICRC recommended cleaning compounds designed
for stone or tile which loosens the soil to make rinsing more effective.
Step 5: We will hand scrub heavily soiled areas like grout lines. This is where the soil has been absorbed deep in the grout pours.
Step 6: Once the soil has been loosened our state of the art truck-mounted equipment will rinse the floor and extract any remaining soil.
Step 7: Our high-velocity air movers can speed dry time, allowing you to use the room almost immediately after we finish.
Step 8: After we finish, our technicians will conduct a post-inspection along with you to make sure you
are satisfied with the work. If there is any step that needs to be repeated, we will be happy to do so.
